A new expansion for the 90s arcade and light management sim combo game, Arcade Paradise has been released. The Vostok Inc Pinball DLC brings a Vostok-themed table into the game, ready for players to furnish their arcade with. Based on the cult-hit twin-stick shooter players can now fulfill their pinball wizard dreams. Take advance of the tilt functions and land skill shots to increase multipliers for MAXIMUM MOOLAH!
This newest expansion also joins the likes of Kung Fury: Street Rage, Penguin Push, and Smoke ‘Em in what is becoming quite a substantial line-up of DLC machines for the retro-infused rags-to-riches arcade game. It is priced at just $1.99 / €1.99 / £1.79. Alongside the new DLC, it has been revealed that an all-in-one package entitled Arcade Paradise: High Score Edition will be launched on 25th May.
All this comes as Wired Productions celebrates its 15th birthday. In addition to buying a new DLC, players can save big with the tie-in Steam Publisher Sale, where savings of 35% on Arcade Paradise and up to 90% across Wired’s entire catalogue can be had.
Quite the year
Arcade Paradise is close to celebrating a full year of existence after having been released on 11th August 2022. It has been a pretty busy year for Nosebleed Interactive, the award-winning independent studio that worked on Arcade Paradise. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, after their popular hit Vostok Inc, Nosebleed then released their biggest game to date.
I was lucky enough to get myself invited to the launch party in London. Additionally, I even got myself a swag bag, something which I’ve talked about on my YouTube Channel. It was a pretty epic time and was great to see some real-life arcade cabinets. I got myself soundly beaten at WindJammers, mainly because I had no clue what I was doing. I also rediscovered my love of Ms. Pac-Man, which is clearly the better iteration of the classic pellet-munching game.
