Like clockwork, another Steam Next Fest has arrived. As usual, plenty of demos have gone live on Steam as part of the fabled week-long celebration. And Steam Next Fest June 2026 is no different. Rumour has it, there are nearly 5,000 demos to choose from!! That’s probably why my BestNerdLife inbox has been buzzing with announcements again. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to preview all the games I’ve been told about. I can do my best to list them all in this article, though. A pretty big list
As usual, I can’t vouch for the overall quality of any game demos on this list. Every one of them is a sweet little indie title, though, and they are all free to download between June 15th and 22nd. Definitely worth a look!

Dang! That’s another big list! And that’s just a small selection of what is available to download during Steam Next Fest June 2026. At the very least, this article will give you somewhere to start when it comes to shifting through the mountains of demos that are available to play! Regardless, there are some pretty interesting games listed above. The ones I like the look of? Probably TANUKI: Pon’s Summer and Dearbnb. Super cute!
